Snowboard & Ski waxing and grinding

Before you go on vacation it is important that your skis and / or snowboard are well maintained so that you can fully enjoy! Below you can read what we can do for you and why it matters.

Sharp edges give a lot more grip in the snow and therefore on ice. Are your edges well sharpened and do they no longer contain blackberries? Then you carve yourself through ice where you would normally slip. We first grind mechanically for the coarse blackberries and then sharpen your edges by hand so that they are smooth and sharp. Then we bones the way to the front and rear so your skis or board will not 'happen' in the snow.

A board only glides well when there is wax on it. With the right wax you get just those extra meters that you need on the flat pieces or you just go that bit harder. In addition, it is also a protective layer for your board or ski. Always go on holiday with a good layer of wax and let your material wax again after a few days of vacation. That way you have the most fun of and on your stuff.

Repair / fill
Sometimes you have a groove or channel at the bottom of your board if ski because you have slid over a piece of stone. By filling this, you restore the sliding properties of your board so that you can go down the mountain again as always! It is always advisable to carry out a repair if necessary. It also prevents the damage from getting worse!
