When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped every working day after 4:00 PM with PostNL. We try to process orders placed after 4:00 PM as soon as possible if the container hasn't been picked up yet. If the mail has already been collected, it will be shipped the next day.

How can I track my order?
Once the package leaves our store, it goes to a postal sorting center. And with the first scan (often in the evening), you can track your package. You have received an email with the track & trace information. Also, check your spam folder, as the shipping confirmation may be there.

My order has been returned to the sender.
Then your order will be automatically processed as a return and will be refunded. If you still want to receive the goods, you will need to place a new order in our online store.

Can I change the address of my package?
Once it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for your order. If your address is incorrect, the package will automatically be returned to us. After that, we can resend it to you with the correct information.

Has your order been shipped but not delivered yet?
Then check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor or to a pickup point. If this is not the case and the package has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

My item/package is damaged or lost, what now?
We send all packages insured. If a package is damaged or lost, it's unfortunate but luckily it's only material. We will then send you a document to sign, and then we can file a claim with the post. Unfortunately, this can take up to 2 weeks, but if they cannot find the package, we and you will get our money back. So it may take a little longer, but we will definitely help you!

What is the estimated delivery time in working days?
Within the Netherlands, if ordered before 4:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you have ordered a product that is expected to arrive from the supplier today, shipping may take a few extra days. Expect an additional 4 days. Of course, shipments may take longer during peak times at the post office. Think of Black Friday and the month of December."
